That's my word for the year...
DO!
No more just looking, thinking and musing. I am going to act on those inputs and DO! I think it's going to be amazing to see just how many things I can fit into a day.
Already this year I have networked, caught up with family and friends, tidied the house (well, parts of it), cleared my studio ready for the next projects and the commission I have waiting for me. I have been running and done the stretches. I have cut my hair and dyed it PURPLE and I am so happy because I have been intending to do this for literally years!

I have a list of inspirations for books which I just have to create, as well as a need for more simple stock for my etsy shop. I have put new inspirational quotes up to keep me motivated and I have a few gigs booked for the next few months (live music just seems to set my brain on fire with ideas, essential every once in a while).
I am so excited about all the places that '
DO' is going to take me!
I hope you are just as excited about your New Year plans and that you have had a lovely start to 2012 already. I wish you the very best of fun, dreams and adventures in the year to come.
I will share with you a wonderful quote from one of my favourite writers, these are the best wishes for the year ahead ever...
"
May your coming year be filled with magic and dreams and good madness. I hope you read some fine books and kiss someone who thinks you're wonderful, and don't forget to make some art - write or draw or build or sing or live as only you can. And I hope, somewhere in the next year, you surprise yourself." - Neil Gaiman
